The owner of the Restaurant, Mr. Slavoljub Joksović, an engineer of geology and former sportsman, before all is a great hedonist – admirer of good food and wine. Opening this Restaurant he wanted to create the place to be recognized and haunted by the people of similar philosophy and values, ready to enjoy in pleasant ambiance, fine atmosphere, indulging in impeccable service, fantastic meals and an assortment of wines.
The Carte of Mythologia Restaurant includes numerous national cuisines, originating both from European and major far-away nations and areas from all over the world, geographically speaking. International cuisine with traditional food variations, all in accordance with actual tendencies in cookery make these premises attractive for all admirers of wide-ranging and fine food.
In the spirit of worldly top-graded restaurants there are primarily dominating dishes prepared on top-quality foundations, such as special hot dish sauces: "hollandaise", "béarnaise" and "pimento" (Tabasco), prepared on steam, but as well, on traditional French cookery sauces: "glace de viande" (French meat glaze) and "demi-glace" (rich brown sauce), which are foundation for many other well known sauces. Our Carte also embraces traditional sauces from Swiss and Tirol districts, composed of forest fruit and selected forest mushrooms, enriching both body and soul.
